We have received an official word that none of the following are bugs, therefore you can use them without the risk of getting your account suspended or terminated.

More monsters:
This is only for treasure hunters. If you're on a treasure hunting quest and the spawn stops, leave an item in the chest and simply move the item without taking it and more monsters will spawn (you may have to do this repeatedly, but they eventually spawn). I believe the limit of monsters that spawn from doing this is 10 - give or take a few.

Telekenisis:
This is also only for treasure hunters. Instead of detecting and disarming the trap of a chest, all that you need to do is unlock it, stand a distance away (7 tiles minimum) and cast telekenisis. The trap will be disarmed and freely lootable.

Hiding:
If you're touching or inside of a house, you have a 90% success rate of hiding - even if you have 0 hiding. This is very effective if you're red/gray, need to go AFK or whatever.
