Tinkering characters rule the world! Tinkerers unite!
Laugh, but this is true. Without tinkered items, you can't create anything that is crafting related. If you do not have tinkered items, you cannot create leather armor, weapons, armor, arrows, bows, potions, kegs, boxes, crates, etc. etc. etc. With the crafting changes over the last year came a requirement that all crafting skills require a related tool in order to build what it is a crafter wishes to make.
Tinker characters also help assemble items. These include Golems, Clocks, potion kegs, bolas, and trapped chests (poison, exploding and dart).

The Tinkerer is also the one that provides the gears for the bowcrafter so he can modify slayer bows for characters, create jewelry, utensils, and sextants (a tool every Treasure Hunter should carry in case their treasure hunting spot is a bit off).

Note: you only need ONE of the above tools for the appropriate skill, not all listed. All the tools are listed merely as a reference.
Additionally, a tinkerer makes scissors. Scissors are needed to recycle oil cloths, clothes and bolts of cloth into bandages which is needed for the healing skill. (Told you Tinkerers rule the world.)

Tips & Tricks
- Starting with just 1 tinkering will give you a tinker's tool kit. Make back up copies as soon as able since trying to find an extra kit can be annoying.
