General

Tactics is the damage modifier for all combat skills (melee, archery, wrestling). At GM tactics, you will do, approximately, 150% damage with combat skills (IE: Say you do 5 damage with a weapon at 0 tactics. At GM tactics, you will do, approximately, 12.5 damage with that same weapon). For every 10 tactics lower, take away 10% damage (IE: at 90 tactics, you will do 140% damage).

Skill Training

Gaining tactics is probably the easiest thing to do. When you use a melee skill, you gain tactics. By the time you get from 90-95 of any combat skill, you should GM tactics. If you use more than one combat skill, you will GM it even faster.
