General
Spirit Speak allows you to speak with dead players (ghosts). Since Age of Shadows, it also allows you to heal life points by channeling energy from your mana
or "spiritual energy" from corpses.
Spiritual energy can be channeled from either a corpse or the player using the skill. If a corpse is not available, then the player will channel his or her own energy.
Spirit Speak also increases the power of Necromantic spells. It does for Necromancy what Evaluate Intelligence does for Magery.
Channeling
The corpse must be within 3 tiles in order to gain healing from it's spiritual energy. If there is no corpse available or withint 3 tiles,
the player will channel his own energy.
From UO.com's play guide:
The amount healed is a random number between the minimum and maximum values listed in the table below.
Should the minimum value be greater than the maximum value, then the healing is equal to the maximum value.
Min -- Fame/500 + 1
Max -- Spirit Speak/20
Channeling your own Energy
If there are no corpses nearby, you can channel your own spiritual energy into healing. However, this method will yield a lesser amount of healing than if you were to channel through a corpse. The amount healed is a random value between the minimum and maximum values below:
Min -- Max/2 + 1
Max -- Spirit Speak/100 + 4
You will need at least 10 points of Mana in order to channel your own energy.
If you have 100 or more skill points in Spirit Speak, you can automatically hear anything that ghosts say. Also, if you're a ghost, you can clearly be heard by anyone else.
Note that Fame plays a factor in healing with Spirit Speak.
Special Note: You can use this ability with a weapon armed.
Skill Training
Working Spirit Speak is similar to working Musicianship. Simply sail away using the 8x8 method on a boat. All done in a few hours.

Wait for Mana - have it your total mana max (unless you don't have med)
Use Skill (SS)
Pause -I'm not to sure about, count how many seconds it takes right when you use skill to the moment you can again, then put 3 zeros on it, and add another 500 to the delay. The just 8x8
