Abandon has a great guide here.
You can read his and other notes regarding
working Archery in the linked thread. Not to take away from Abandon's
guide, but I 'borrowed' another guide I thought was better in showing where the spots were for training Archery. My apologies if
Abandon is insulted in anyway.
was
30-40 - Greater harts and deer - you can
find some at the Sacrifice moongate in Ilshenar.
You can also find some in Delucia and Moonglow.
Just be sure not to attack the blue or red healers, as these are as powerful as titans.

40-70 - Skeletons - Get to the Yew moongate and hit the Yew graveyard:

or the Yew crypts:

The graveyard is better if your healing skill is low, but the spawn isn't
as numerous. Otherwise the crypts are better, as about 6 spawn there all the
time.
If you stand just at the place where the stairs are, only one can hit you, and
with dull copper armor you should only take a few points of damage.

80-90 - Earth Elementals - You can find them in Ilshenar near Sacrifice, in Shame
level 1 or West a bit from the Honor moongate in Ilshenar.

In the Sacrifice spot, in the ratman cave there are three spawns of two Earth
Elementals
each. The left ones you can easily drag out one at a time.
If that place happens to be cramped, or camped, you could try a little more open
spot. First go upwards from honor, then after the cave entrance head down and
left, through the desert and just a bit further on you will find three Earth
Elementals
to
fight
in
a
very large
area.
There are also two banks nearbyin the Gargoyle City Near the uppermost
bank there is a healer (you will find the actual healer NPC on the 2nd
floor of that building).
Remember to be quick in and through the desert, as the Efreets and Sand Vortex'
will kill you.
80-90-120 - Rotting corpses - You can find them at the Humility moongate in Ilshenar:

Where they spawn there are usually a lot of other undead, so it's good
to lure the other ones out. This can be tricky to do, but once they are moved,
and if they are left alone, they won't be back for hours..

At the proper location (shown below) you can teleport to a spot where they
can't reach you. Take care to do this right (practice a few times), as they
could pathfind to you if they are in the wrong spot as you teleport up.

You don't have to fight Rotting Corpses (they are dangerous if they get to
close). Earth Elementals can take you to 120, but the gains on them is
best at the level listed above.
The following listed monsters are good to train on as they only have
a melee attack:
Arctic Ogre Lord
Cyclops
Frost Troll
Ogre Lord
Orc Brute
Ophidian Knigt-Errant/Avenger
Skeletal/Bone Knight
Snow Elemental
Stone Harpy
Terathan Avenger/Warrior
Raunchy also has some good tips on training Archery:
What is so hard about archery for people to understand? Post-AoS, archery has become easier [at least from what I've heard/seen/experienced]. You can GM archery in a week or less, blowing about 20-30k arrows.
0-30 is a joke. You can buy up to thirty or right below from NPCs.
30-40 it's all about harts, great harts, mongbats, bulls, cows, ANYTHING you can get your arrow in. best places? north of delucia, moonglow island, britain forest, etc.
40-60 stuff at the moonglow graveyard, just where abandon said.
60-75/80 is more difficult that anything else, i fought stuff like air elementals, water elementals, earth elementals, etc. the dulls do not seem to work up until high seventies, it seems [at least for me]
~ GM it's all about the dull coppers, just take 2k arrows, a good exceptional bow [nearly twice as much durability, so if you're unattended, your bow won't break like a npc bow would halfway through your arrow stack, and you're screwed if you're idle]
places to get arrows? archer ratmen east of compassion, they can give up to 70 per. IF you have a fencer, take him. take a war fork, and just disarm the archers, then kill em. can make 2k+ arrows per hour...watch out for newbies taking spawn though =/
Above GM, I have no idea. And another thing, I own all chaos on LS =)
Hope this helps!
