Information:
They don't hit as hard as Bone Knights but are still dangerous in groups (even one on one if your skills and strength are low). If you have a high-class warrior with a lot of armor and bandages you should be fine. With the new UO:R patch, pray you don't get chased by two of them. One is enough.

How to kill:
Create a wall with a group of people. Much like Bone Knights, do not use silver weapons against them. These are good for skill mostly. The loot isn't too shabby but isn't great either.

Loot:
80-120 gold, plate armor, wooden shield, weapon carried (usually a scimitar).
